Who we are

Masjid As-Sunnah is a mosque serving Grand Rapids and West Michigan. We are a place of prayer, learning, and community — and we believe people of all backgrounds should be able to walk in, ask questions, and find honest answers.

What we do

• Daily prayers & Friday khutbah — open to all visitors to observe.
• Classes — weekly lessons in creed, Quran, and the life of the Prophet (ﷺ), in person and online.
• Dawah events — Discover Islam gatherings and open houses for the wider community.
• Inmate Assistance Program (IAP) — free literature and correspondence for the incarcerated.
• Marriage guidance and community support for families.
